This hand knit ear warmer was lovingly handmade by me, using stranded fair isle colorwork to allow for two colors to be used at the same time. You will receive the exact ear warmer shown in the photos.
This headband uses yarns made from mulesing-free wool, one of which comes from Uruguay on farms which raise free-range sheep herded by old-style shepherds, and it is hand-spun and kettle-dyed in Peru. The other yarn hand-dyed in upstate New York by Fainting Goat Fiber Co.
It is approximately 4.5” high and 9” wide.
yarn: 100% merino wool
tag: faux leather
Care instructions: hand wash in cool or room temperature water, lay flat to dry. A wool wash is recommended, rather than traditional soap or detergent. Do not overly agitate or overheat, as this will cause felting. Do not machine wash or dry as this will damage the wool. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
Pattern: Primaveral Headband by Cate Savard / Weird Sheep
