Luxury Rainbow Merino Wool and Silk Knit Mittens - Skating Rink Carpet Hand Knit Mittens with Hand Dyed Yarn

These hand knit mittens were lovingly handmade by me, in a color called “skating rink carpet” — pops of bright color with black and darker colors throughout — a throwback to childhood roller skate birthday parties. You will receive the exact pair of mittens shown in the photos.

This yarn is hand-dyed in upstate New York by Fainting Goat Fiber co.

They approximately 9.5” long (2.5” cuff and 7” body) and 3” wide at the palm. The thumb is approximately 3” long and 1.5” wide.

Care instructions: hand wash in cool or room temperature water, lay flat to dry. A wool wash is recommended, rather than traditional soap or detergent. Do not overly agitate or overheat, as this will cause felting. Do not machine wash or dry as this will damage the wool. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
