These 4" x 6" postcards are now printed on thick 18pt stock with a matte coated front and an uncoated back, like a traditional postcard. Pens won't smear, and rubber stamps and colored pencils will look great too! For the front, the light coating means that there's a chance that some pens will smear. A heavier marker, like a fine-point Sharpie, will give you better results.
